Roughly every year the NCLG holds a conference where various aspects of the judicial system are discussed and debated.  The National Critical Lawyers Conference is recognised as one of the most radical student, academic and practitioner law conferences and the attendance, both by speakers and students, is traditionally very high.

Any CLG members or interested parties who wish to present papers or otherwise participate in the conference should contact the NCLG to express their interest. We are also interested in any suggestions for streams or themes for discussion, or the suggestion of speakers.   Further details of the conference will be available shortly and will be posted on this site, but for a general idea of what goes on at the most radical student law conference, please look at the report from the 1999 conference below..  To register an interest please write to the CLG at the contact address or e-mail us, marking the title of your message Conference 2001.

We have booked the County Hotel Ballroom in the centre of old Canterbury for The NCLG Millennium ' Not the Blair Babes ' Party on Saturday night Also lots of rooms booked-make it a partner and/or family weekend
